Aggravated Robbery with Force (St. Croix County, WI)

Client was a co-driver of a freight semi-truck that traveled across the country. While stopped for gas in Hudson, WI on the way back from a trip, client was accused by the other driver of assaulting him and taking off in his tractor/trailer in an attempt to rob him. Client was stopped and arrested by police and gave a confession. However, our private investigator obtained information that the alleged victim was not the true owner of the tractor/trailer and also obtained information that client was actually working for the alleged victim not just riding along. Upon negotiation with the government the case was completely DISMISSED.

Result: CHARGES DISMISSED
