Alert: Man dies after MN-95 semi crash in Franconia Township
CHISAGO COUNTY, MN — A 68-year-old man died Tuesday morning after a crash with a semi-truck on Minnesota Highway 95 in Franconia Township, reports CBS Minnesota.
Minnesota State Patrol said the man was behind the wheel of a vehicle going north on highway shortly before 7:30 a.m. when he drifted across roadway’s centerline and struck the semi.
Authorities said the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the semi-truck, a 59-year-old Hinckley resident, was not reported injured.
No further information has been released.
